Flows

We optimize flows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, analyzing touchpoints and internal processes.

Hi-Fi

We dress the wireframe with the final UI and create a prototype to fully test the flows and appeal of the project.

Low-Fi

We create low-fidelity screens to evaluate the structure. We will test the navigation and the UX flows through a prototype based on these screens.

Blueprints

The Service Blueprint is essential for mapping the orchestration of people, systems and processes, identifying needs and critical points in the customer journey. We superimpose touchpoints with front/back office systems and people.

The design phase

Based on shared references, we proceed to the design of the product to be developed starting from the sitemap and the related flows. Mockups are created by adapting the Brand Identity to the wireframe to build the definitive UI, which will be navigable and faithful to the final version developed in code in the next phase.

Creation of personas and analysis of the customer journey to improve navigation and resolve painpoints.

Service Design

Study and optimization of flows, creating blueprints to map the interaction between customers, touchpoints and systems.

User Interface

It is developed in three phases: wireframe for the structure, hi-fi for the final graphics, and screen mapping for development.
